1. Introduction

2.2 Scheduling & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without additional fees.

2.3 No Refund Clause: As legal services involve the allocation of professional time and tailored advice, fees for paid consultations and retained legal work are non-refundable. This policy is necessary to cover the commitment of resources and expert availability upon booking.

3. Infoproducts

3.1 Description: Our infoproducts include e-books, templates, and online courses designed to support entrepreneurs in legal matters.

3.2 Refund Eligibility: Infoproducts may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3.3 Refund Process: To request a refund, please fill out the form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Goods

4.1 Description: Physical goods sold include legal stationery, printed guides, and related materials.

4.2 Return & Refund: Goods may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

5.2 Rescheduling Services: To reschedule a consultation or legal service, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 25% rescheduling fee of the service cost.

5.3 Non-Refundable Items: Any service for which work has commenced—such as custom document drafting or court representation—remains non-refundable due to the dedication of professional resources.
